by Hello, I've been trying to install the latest version of the Slackware
Linux (first-time installation) for two weeks now. I've muddled through
until now on the FAQ and other docs, but can't seem to find anthing on
this problem.
When I go to boot after installation, everything goes normally until the
following:
/sbin/ldconfig: can't open etc/ld.so.cache~ (Read-Only file system)
*pause*
id "c1" respawning too fast disabling for 5 min
id "c2" respawning too fast disabling for 5 min
id ..."c5"
*then off into infinity:*
April 21 hh:mm:ss init[1]: No more processes left at this runlevel
