How to create shared libraries?

: Hi,

: Well, the subject says it all!

Get yourself the package tools-2.10.tar.gz from the Linux path
on e.g.: TSX-11 .../packages/GCC/src (thanks David :) )
It contains examples and documents.

1. Help with creating shared libraries (C++ using makeC++SharedLib_r and export files)

I am having a problem using the export files. When I supply the export
file "All" of the objects interfaces are exported globaly (default),
then it processes the export file giving warnings on every line (ld:
0711-324 WARNING: Export of .ABAFFG::ABAFFG() changed to export of
ABAFFG::ABAFFG())

My test case is simmilar to the one provided in the IBM docs, just
different names.  Here is what I am using right now:

makeC++SharedLib_r -p 1000 -bnoipath -E atest.xpo -bnoentry -G

where atest.xpo contains:
.__ct__6ABAFFGFv
which is the mangled name for: .ABAFFG::ABAFFG()

Any ideas?

Thanks,
