Hello
I have a problem
My situation
I had a RH62 and using ipmasqadm to forward port 8080 from my firwall
maskin to port 8080 on a computer on 192.168.1.xx

Is there any way to do this on RH72???

let say 193.90.67.33 is th IP on eth1
and 192.168.1.1 id the ip on eth0
and I want to forward port 8080 to a IP 192.168.1.24

Can I do this with iptables ???

1. portforward/VirtualHost problem

Hi!

I have Apache 1.3.14/Linux 2.2.17 set up to run three virtual hosts on one
ip and ports 80, 8080 and 8081 respectively. If I connect directly to the
individual ports I get the correct virtual hosts. However, if I configure
port forwarding:

  ipchains -s x/y --destination-port 80 -j REDIRECT 8081

the response is actually what I would have gotten for

  lynx localhost:8080

(And yes, I checked that the redirection is set correctly. If apache is
not listening on 8081 or I redirect to 8082 I get nothing). Any hints why
this would be?

TIA,

  Rudolf
