Very Computer

I am using XFree 2.1 and trying to use the XServer of 3.1.

I am using in section "Device":
        * Clock Chip "s3_sdac"
        * Ramdac "att20c_490"

On the XF86Config I've been able to run at up
to 800x600x8bit resolution but xserver refuses to go
up saying that the limit frequency is 50Mhz.
Super probe finds the att20c_492 clock chip.

It would also be helpfull to have others dot clocks
for my monitor. The ones I'm using now aren't very good.

If I comment out the Ramdac line, when I shut down the server,
the screen turns blank and I have to reboot the machine although
it still responds to keyboard commands

I'm using XFree 3.1 with Orchid Farenheit 64 S3 864 board with MAG 17DX.

All I could get is 800x600x8bpp.

Is there anyway to get the dotclocks?
