No need this file. You can build it from auis1-4,doc,contrib
That bin may not work on your linux due to libs incompatibility.

I recommend build all system by yourself because you can control
everything by this way.  It need 200 MB to compile whole system
After that keep only 37 MB for libs and bin.  But it is very
efficient compare to WP60 which require more than 60 MB
but can do nothing.
