Very Computer

I have a 1.44 MB floppy disk that I wish to read. It was formated on a Sun
Sparc 5 in UNIX format. I thought that I could read it by using:

mount -t ext2 /dev/fd0 /mnt

However, I get - not a valid block device - error. What is the problem, I
thought that UNIX and LINUX disks were compatible.
