How to un-install LILO?

Hi,
Subject line says it all.  I wich to un-install LILO.  I want to user a
floppy to boot my linux partition, thus, when I want to work under
MSDOZ, I want the hard-drive to boot my MSDOZ partition.

Boot from a DOS floppy.  Then run the FDISK programm with the /mbr
switch.  Like so:

FDISK /mbr

This will re-install the DOS boot record over the LILO boot record.

I inadvertantly renamed a file to an existing name - thereby overwriting
a file that I didn't mean to.

Is there any way I can recover?  Un-move?  I know - I'm asking a lot.

The other possibility is if I can un-compile a 'C' program?
