Hello,

I use linux, slackware 1.0.9. There are no Motif libraries included (libXm).
I really would like to use Motif for my programming. Are these libs
ported to Linux? if so, where can I get them? We have Motif on our
suns of the department, can I use these for my linux box?

Motif is not in the Public Domain...that is, you must pay for it!  In
the interest of supporting free software, please do not use it!  Use
the Athena Widgets or some other freely available widget set.  TCL/Tk
is also an option...To support multiple widget sets look at the lwlib
in the Emacs 19 dist. there is a std. way to access many different
Widget sets. (including Motif if you or your users decide to pay the
$200 or so it costs.)
