Hi:

Can someone point me to the answer to the following question. I
am trying to get autoraise to work with the motif window manager. I just
want to move my mouse pointer into the window in the background and would
like to see the window move to the foreground, without clicking any of
the buttons.

In my .Xdefaults:

mwm*keyboardFocusPolicy: pointer
mwm*IconPlacement:right top
mwm*focusAutoRaise: true
mwm*autoRaiseDelay : 1000
mwm*XmMenuShell*background: lightgray
mwm*XmMenuShell*foreground: black

Put the following into your ~/.Xdefaults file:

Mwm*keyboardFocusPolicy: POINTER
Mwm*focusAutoRaise: True
! delay in msecs
Mwm*autoRaiseDelay: 500
