I'm wondering how one goes about assigning icons under openwin, I'm getting
a lot of those diagonal window jobbies, they all look alike, and those
/use/openwin/include/images files must be there for a reason.  

cetables?  Something like that?

That should work if it's an open look app.  I can't look it up for you now, but
you could also type:
        appname -WH
to find all available options for the specific apps.  Or read xview(1) man page.
