Linux on SPARC (XSUN problem)

Hi all!

I have installed Linux on a SS2 with a GC6 frame-buffer and 32MB.

I'm unable to Start the Xsun Server ... I just got a X cursor on a gray
backgroud.   Is their is any init-file to copy in my ~ ?

What should I do or what I did wrong ?

Did you try starting X by "startx" or just "Xsun" ?  The correct
way is: startx

1. Sparc 4 /dev/tcx0 and Xsun/X11R5

Anyone have an "Xsun" replacement for X11R5 that will drive the Sparc 4
tcx0 graphics card?  Apparently, Sparc 4's were meant to run Solaris 2.x even
though SunOS 4.1.4 works fine.  But if you try running X-Windows (X11R5),
you'll quickly find that the tcx0 card is not supported.  

Running mwm/fvwm on top of SunOS Openwindows (NeWS) is worthless.
Nor is running Solaris 2.4 and running mwm/fvwm on top of the Openwindows
X11R5 server.  What I really need is just a drop-in replacement for
"Xsun" for SunOS 4.1.x (Tadpole and RDI both have their own custom "Xsun"
drivers for their LCD screens).

Sun tech support says "Sorry.  No plan to write X-Windows drivers for the
tcx0 card for SunOS".  Heard anything contrary to what Sun says?
