I would like to configure my XFree86 so that pressing Ctrl and the
left mouse button will be converted into a "right button pressed"
event (and similarly for the middle mouse button).

The reason is that this is kind of required in order to use the Genius
EasyPen which generates left button events when you press it on the
pad.
