Where is the config file for X3270?  If it uses /etc/map3270, then what
kind of "terminal" does it claim to use?

I am in dire need of a "clear" key for x3270.  This VM has a ~30 second
timeout.

Look in /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/X3270.  You can find out what key is mapped
to Clear() in there.  You can also map it to another key (I mapped the ESCAPE
key to Clear()).

You don't even need to use the keyboard if you don't want to.  Click the
mouse over the keyboard icon (in the top-right of the window) to get a
visual keypad.  One of the functions available is clear.

I am using <Alt> C  with mine.  Give it a try.  I don't know where the configs
are except in the source directory.  I do know that the hosts file is:

/usr/local/pub/ibm_hosts
