Help with xhtml (ASHE)

Post by Robert Lync » Tue, 03 Feb 1998 04:00:00

Hiya-

I'm trying to setup xhtml (ashe), the "simple" (?!) html editor.  I
can't seem to get it to read its app-defaults file.  I placed a copy of
XHTML.ad in the usual place, i.e.:

/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/XHTML

but it doesn't seem to read it.  For example, there is a line in it:
---
...
! Very Important : Change this directory to the directory of help.html

xhtml*htmldir: $HOME/xhtml
...
---
but when I try experimentally to access "help", it dies with the msg.
that it can't find the resource...

Anyone been there, done that?

TIA.  Bob L.
