Hello,
I just want to know how to launch X11 in 16 bits mode (64000 colors because
I'm stuck with 8 bits mode.
I use XFree86 v. 3.2.
Thanks a lot.

  I think you mean

startx -- -bpp 16

The "--" part is important.
