GoodStuff buttons stays depressed

GoodStuff buttons stays depressed

I have two buttons on my GoodStuff button bar that stay depressed even
after the corresponding programs have completed running. Here are the the
two entries from my "system.fvwmrc" file. (Although both entries appear
here as several lines, in my file they are one line each.)

*GoodStuff PPP-Eclipse eclipse.xpm Exec "PPP-Eclipse"
/usr/local/bin/ppp-connect eclipse &

*GoodStuff Ansi_Xterm  rterm.xpm  Exec "Ansi_Xterm"
/usr/bin/X11/ansi_xterm -bg black -fg green -font vga -sl 500 -name
Linux_Ansi_Xterm -j -ls -fn 10x20 &

Would anyone have any ideas as to why both of these entries would cause
their button to stay depressed while my other buttons work just fine ?

It is my understanding that the two buttons are waiting for
windows named respectively "PPP-Eclipse" and "Ansi_Xterm" and that
the windows that these buttons cause are probably named something
else.  You should find out what the window names actually are and
place these values in the respective fvwmrc lines.

1. Middle mouse button depressed when going in to X?

I've noticed that sometimes when first going in to KDE or GNOME that the
middle button (wheel) is depressed. I can tell this because I have to hit
the middle button again before any of the other buttons will work. I have it
set in my XF86Config for Buttons with 4 and 5 XAxis. Any ideas?
