Very Computer

Has anyone been able to get the clgd7543 graphics chip to work under
XFree86 3.1.2b or MetroX in 800x600x256?  I've sorta got it working at
640x480x256 using the clgd5430 driver.

Thanks for any help...

I'm running it on my laptop with X312D. Works like a charm.

Here's my XF86Config, it works fine with the 3.1.2 SVGA binary which
ships with Slackware.  I've had some problems making it work with the
RedHat 3.1.2 binary and have not tried any other X packages recently.

3.1.2D worked but had some trails on the screen which followed the
windows whenever moved.
