Does anybody have modelines for CTX 1785GMe ?
My Xwindows keeps defaulting to 'bult-in mode' "320x200"
I can't see *on the monitor...everything's toobig...

I did try xf86config ...it did fill my XF86Config with modelines
but none of them worked...the server ignores them all and goes into 'built-in
I have a Matrox Millenium II card and a CTX 1785gm monitor
And the latest version of Redhat linux 4.2
and lates Xfree86 server 3.1.1 or something like that...
Yes, good. It has a nice collection of features for a low price. I
run it at 1280x1024, and it looks sharp. Mine has a little distortion
in the upper left part of the screen, but it usually isn't noticeable.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it recognizes a blank screen,
and can be set to power down in a user specified time interval. This
couples nicely with the Linux screen saver. The monitor goes into
sleep mode, and powers up again when the screen is refreshed.
