This version adds nothing new but includes the patches to version 1.9 (noted
in the 2.0 README file with the sources) as well as the following bug fixes:
o Added the "RAW_PIXELSIZE" and "RAW_POINTSIZE" atoms back in because
apparently some versions of X11R6 had BDF fonts with these font
properties spelled this way. The "RAW_PIXEL_SIZE" and "RAW_POINT_SIZE"
atoms are still there.
o FONT_ASCENT and FONT_DESCENT were not defined for fonts imported from the
X server. "bdftopcf" will not compile fonts without these fields.
o Character cell and mono width fonts imported from the X server did not
have their overall width field set. This caused the DWIDTH field to be
"0 0" for all glyphs which in turn, caused various programs to complain
or crash when trying to use those fonts.
o The point size of fonts imported from the X server were converted to
decipoints when they should not have been.
o The routine that automatically generates an XLFD name for a font now
looks for values in the font properties first before using defaults.
o Imported HBF fonts now have an XLFD name generated from the font
properties at import time if they do not already have an XLFD name.
