: >: I have a Targa three button mouse which uses two button (argghh) microsoft
: >: standard and has the possiblity of working in three button mousesystem mode.
: >: On the DOS side this is accomplished by the mouse driver (there isn't any
: >: hardware switch on the mouse).
: >: Is there some kind of tool to put the mouse in three button mode(simply using
: >: that standard in XF86Config results in the mouse not working at all) ?
: >I have the same trouble with two different mice..Any help would be appreciated.
: I was having this problem as well. I found that it was necessary to power up
: the computer while holding down one of the mouse buttons to put it into 3-button
: (mousesystems) mode. It seems to make everything work OK (my mouse does not
: have a 2-button/3-button switch on the side like some others do). My XF86Config
: uses Protocol "Mousesystems", and I think I've got a ClearDTR line in there
: as well.
I tried it but no go.
