xcdroast error: /usr/lib/libtcl8.0.so: undefined symbol: stat

i installed xcdroast-0.96e-1.i386.rpm and get the following when i run
it:

xcdroast: error in loading shared libraries
/usr/lib/libtcl8.0.so: undefined symbol: stat

what does this mean and how do i fix it ?

I have the same problem. I think that this is due to tcl/tk being broken. I just
tried to upgrade thru rpm and that happened. I'm going to try to revert back to
thae older version and see if that works. If you find another fix, I'd
appreciate knowing what you did.

i downloaded the source rpm and compiled it and it works
(i am running redhat 5.2 linux 2.0.36)

now i am trying to figure out which supported cd-r or cd-rw is the
fastest.

do you know if xcdroast supports any of the 6x or 8x drives ?

Hi,

FreeBSD 4.8

While building a new version of samba 2.2.8a it wanted to make cups but
then got this error:
