Can anyone please tell me how to run dos programs under Linux!
1. Make sure you have dosemu installedQuote:>Can anyone please tell me how to run dos programs under Linux!
2. Change /etc/dosemu.conf to match your system and needs
3. There are several ways to boot dosemu. One that is secure and
therefore a good start is to boot from a dos-system-floppy.
I tried this first, and when it worked good, I just made an
image of the floppy:
dd if=/dev/fd0 of=/var/lib/dosemu/bdisk
4. Setup dosemu.conf to boot from your bootimage.
5. Type 'dos'
6. There are lots of other ways to do this, but this worked for me.
Hmm.. Why am I writing this? There are lots of readmes for how to
install and setup dosemu! RTFM! :)
