XFSTT won't install

Hi,
I downloaded XFSTT, but when I do "make && make install" as in the
instructions, I found X11/fonts/FS.h and X11/fonts/FSproto.h are missing.
Does anybody know where I am supposed to get them?

1. xfstt won't make under suse 6.1

I'm trying to install xfstt under suse 6.1 and I can't get past make. I
get:

c++ -g -Wall -pedantic -DMAGNIFY=0 -c RAFile.cpp
make: c++: Command not found
make: *** [RAFile.o] Error 127

what's up wit dat? I tell ya, it's always something with this Linux
stuff. Sure, it's been running all day without a crash or reboot ... but
everything looks like crap cause there's no TT font support ... Hello? ...
can't these genius coders get that stuff integrated into X? ... any help
will be appreciated.
