1. XFree86.3.1.2F problem with term cap & libncurses

Hello,

I was updating to XFree86.3.1.2F and encountered some messages
regarding terminal capability.  I wonder if anyone knows how
to fix it.

Also, XFree86.3.1.2F doesn't start up due to lack of
"libncurses.so.3.0".  Any advice on how to fix this
would be appreciated.
