by Can anyone help me setting XF86Config properly for my Compaq Pressario
433 with Cirrus Logic clgd5420 chipset?
I am able to run 640x480 with 256 colours without any problems,
but I can't set Xfree properly for 800x600x256. There is some bizzare
problem with dot clocks: XFree (along with autoprobe) recognizes only the
2 lowest clock values that are not enough to run 800x600. This mode does
run under Windows 3.11 though.
Have anyone had the same problem?
