SpeedStar64 on 16-bit & 32-bit modes

Hi, folks!

I'm using "Diamond SpeedStar64 PCI" with 1MB of DRAM and XFree86 3.1. It works on 8-bit mode with no problem. However I cann't get it to work on 16-bit and 32-bit modes. I guess that I've got to correctly specify "MemBase" option in XF86Config. The relevant port of my XF86Config is:
