Hi,
I am using Mdk8.0, Kernel 2.4.3, XFree4.0.3, Netscape 4.77.
When I open netscape mail in the browser (guess with wvhtml) I got the above
error. I dunno what it mean and how can I fix this?

Pls advice me.

Use mozilla instead? Version .9 is out and IMHO it works MUCH better than
netscape, built in wheelmouse support and people are actually working on
making it better as we speak..

1. extention "RENDER" missing on display ":"0.0".

http://www.xfree86.org/pipermail/xpert/2001-July/009697.html

Essentially, your graphics driver does not support the mentioned "RENDER"
extension, which is used eg. for font anti-aliasing in qt/kde.

Try configuring your qt with --no-xft
