RH 5.0 Error upgrading XFree86-3.3.1-14 to XFree86-3.3.2

I get the following error when I try to install the latest version of
XFree.  ALL of my packages are up to date as of June 7th except for
this one.  Any help? TIA

1. XFree86-3.3.1-14 RPMS

I removed XFree86-3.2.1 in order to install the
XFree86-3.3.1-14 RPMS from RedHat 5.0 (CD).
Some of the RPMS would not install unless I first
removed the earlier version.
I could not find the setup, server, fontserver, twm, xdm, xsm,
xnest and contrib in the RedHat release but I did find
some of them in tar.gz form.  Is there some place I can
find these packages is RPM form?  i tried the redhat ftp
site but it looks the same as the CD.
I saved my old XF86Config file but X will still not run.
It complains that xinit can not be found although it is
in the PATH and it has the x attribute set and s attribute for
root.
