Is there any mpeg-3 ???

(mpeg-1,mpeg-2,mpeg-4,mpeg-7 and mpeg-11 are valid numbers / mpeg-3
never ocurred !)

Only mpeg-1 & mpeg-2 concern Video/Audio
mpeg-4 is a subset of mpeg-2 & mpeg-1

mpeg-7 : I don't remember

mpeg-11 deals with database & way to classify video/audio objects.

From what I understand, MPEG-3 is just for audio.  I have no idea why they used
MPEG in the title.

They believe they are talking about mpeg-1 layer 3.

Sorry, I did not follow the whole discussion : For me mpeg3 for X
was obviously video related : Mea Culpa.

Let's have a look at : http://www.powerweb.de/mpeg/layer3.html

1. #### Help setting the conf files for mpeg3 ####

Running Apache 1.2 as a web server do you know how to set the
conf files (mime types) so Mp3 will stream with Winplay. Haven't found
any documentation for that.

I have set the ".mp3" file extension the mime.types in
the conf directory ?

Best Regards

Per Axelson.
