1. Cirrus Logic PCI-60V CL-GD5446 and X

Having just upgraded to a Pentium 120 and opting for a cheap
Graphics Card, I bought the Cirrus Logic PCI-60V with the
CL-GD5446 chipset and 2 MB memory.

I'm having some problems configuring it with X. Does anyone
have any pointers to what should be in XF86Config ?

I've tried all sorts of combinations to no avail. I'm running
it with an IDEK iiyama 8617E, which was running with a Tseng
ET4000/W32 before with no problems.

If I can get it to go into X, I get a light purple background
with psychedelic stripes across. Normally it bombs out with
a message that there isn't enough memory to support even
1024x800.

TIA for any help or pointers.
