If you want people to answer your question:

(1) Write a more useful subject.
(2) Provide a little information about your configuration (e.g. what
distro?  They have different tools for this).
(3) Ask in the right forum: comp.windows.x.kde.

Get the list of the RPM's you need; rpm -qa | grep kde

Copy them to a common location, then install them all as root at the same
time; rpm -Uvh kde*.rpm --replacepkgs (for example)

Read 'man rpm' for the details and other options.

While I am puzzled as to how KDE reinstallation relates to the topic of
Linux hardware, I give you this solution...

    upgradepkg --reinstall kdebase-3.1.3-i386-3

for Slackware Linux

Since you don't specify how you installed KDE in the first place, I can only
guess how to reinstall it. Above would be the way /I/ would reinstall it.
