Olympus camera and FC3

Olympus camera and FC3

Post by stever » Mon, 07 Mar 2005 13:20:27

I have a D-540 Zoom usb camera and am running FC3. I've had no problems
with downloading pictures to my linux box in the past until now. I
downloaded Gphoto with no problems. When I turn on my camera, click on
the 'print' option on the camera display, but nothing happens except a
notification pop up on my screen that says "There are photographs on
this device: Would you like to import these photographs into your photo
album". There are two options, "Import" and "Cancel". I click on the
"Import" button and the Gthumb 2.2.1 comes up. I'm not sure where the
photo's are being imported to as they are not loading into Gthumb. Any
help would be great.
thanks

I have kernel 2.4.18 and
all required usb modules

It looks like my problem has to do with the scsi device not being
