Has anyone had any experience with the new style 3D graphic card like the Diamond 3D
and X-Windows/Linux? Are any drivers being developed or can it use another
emulation?

1. Has anyone successfully enabled sound with Diamond Edge 3D
multifunction card? I have the video the way I like it (1024x768), but
cannot figure out how to get the sound portion of the kernel to behave.
I've tried rebuilding the kernel using the SoundBlaster/clone option,
but it fails to compile, and I don't see any comparable alternatives,
and haven't found any support for the card. BTW, Redhat Linux 4.2 is
the OS.
