I haven't used Linux before (newbie ) but I have built a very nice system
with the aforementioned components, the mainboard
has the MVP3 100Mhz chipset and has the latest bios.
Any reason this combination shouldn't work with Linux ? I thought it might
be wise to ask before I install ! Much thanks in advance for any comments !

1. Aopen AX59pro + K6-2 400 + i740 is OK?
I'm going to buy a new computer for running Linux(Redhat).
I decided to buy these components:
CPU : AMD K6-2 400Mhz
Board : Aopen AX59pro
Video : i740 with 8M sgram
HDD : IBM 10.1G(5400 rpms).
Isn't there any problem? My prospective computer will work right?
Any comment will be appreciated...
