Hi,

I am going to receive a BEST fortress UPS. Is anyone using this with Linux
with the software that comes along with it. I would welcome configuration
tips from you.

Yo!
I am using this thing for two weeks now. The only things I have
changed are the paths to the two shell scripts (/sbin instead of /etc)
and the script 'upsdown' to call the Linux shutdown program
properly. Furthermore, the 'magic number' in the scripts was not
correct, either delete the first line from them or replace it with

#!/bin/sh

The C program compiled fine (don't use '-Wall') and the simple test
(drawing the plug out of the socket) succeeded.
