Would like to find out if there is a driver for the card ATI Rage II 128 (AGP). Cannot seem to get it to work under Redhat 6.1.

Redhat 6.1 comes with Xfree86 3.3.5, as far as I can remember. Try
upgrading to 4.0.1, it will be worth it with your card.

Have you tried the Mach64 driver? I don't know if it will work but you should try it before you give up.
