I have problems with digi boards running xon/xoff. data flow stops, you hit
any key nad data flow continues.  This doesn't happen with cyclades or
com1/2.  I am using the latest beta digi driver.  To get around this problem
i can rsh to any machine (including intself) and telnet flow stops every now
and then.  I just hit break to continue.
