Just installed a BioStar II mb /w 512k cache, 24 meg edo ram, a pci video
card, and a cyrix 133 (p166+).
No problems, and I love it so far.
My only suggestions;
1.) Make sure you understand that its interger math is as fast as the p166,
but that its floating point math only runs as fast as a p90.
2.) Look up the set6x86-1.2.tar.gz file on sunsite. (Currently in
Incoming). And make sure you setup your cpu to use SIG_HALT (something
like this), so that it runs cool.
3.) Try to get a revision 7 cpu. They have fewer (no?) problems.
If you don't it will run very hot (24 Watt disipation), and probably cause
you problems.
Other then that.. its ok.
