1. PLEASE HELP!! WindowMaker .51 Install Problems

Recently downloaded WindowMaker .51 & the Required LibPropList.

for some reason I can't get LibPropList to compile, I keep getting this
error (below) right after '.configure' - 'make'.  I checked with a few
people on IRC & they told me that I needed to make sure I have glibc-dev
installed.  I double checked & I do have that installed & I am still getting
an error.  I am also running Linux RedHat 5.2

This has been annoying me for 2 days PLEASE HELP!!
