I get the following msg when I modprobe the bttv module:

I suppose I have a memory overlap between the ethernet device and the
BT878.
My card is an S3 Vision 968 PCI, and the motherboard is bus-master
capable (Asus P55TP4XE)
Under Windows, Hauppauge had me to change the BT878 base address to 0x78
000 000.
I've tried to play with the "vidmem" parm but all I get is an "invalid
parm parm_vidmem"
can you help me??
