1. Sony AIT SDX-300C tape drivers wanted

Anybody out there have a Sony Advanced Intelligent Tape drive model
SDX-300C working under Sun Solaris?

I've got one attached to an Ultra 5 with Solaris 2.6. It's a Wide SCSI
device: probe-scsi shows it OK. But boot -r won't make anything in /dev/rmt
for it. Sun says I need either drivers or entries for st.conf but I can't
seem to find exactly what I need.
