Tekram & DC-390U2W ... Any good?

Post by Ben » Sun, 07 Nov 1999 04:00:00

Hiya,

The DC-390U2W SCSI card is cheap... Isn't it?

Why is it so cheap? The same one with Adaptec is twice the price.

Is it easy to set up with Linux? Is it a reliable card?

Regards,

Ben.

1. Anybody running a Tekram DC-390U2W SCSI Card

I'm very seriously looking at getting this SCSI card as it is
attractively price .vs. an Adaptec and was wondering if anybody has it
running with LVD disk drives??  Tekram has all the drivers posted and
I'd like to know that somebody is running this card with no problems
and good performance.

Thanks in advance,

K Markle
