Linux RH5.0 , Win95 and Intel etherexpress PRO/10

Hi,

I've installed Linux Red HAt 5.0 kernel 2.0.32. I'm using a cable modem
and a ethernet card etherexpress PRO+/10 (Intel) on my hdb2 drive.

on hda1, I've got windows 95 (for playing games).

For both system my network configuration is OK.
BUT :
* If I boot under Linux... the ethercard is recognised and eth0 used WWW
access is good (OK)
* If I reboot under Win95... the ethercard is recognised and I've got
WWW access (OK)
* If I reboot under Linux... the ethercard is recognised and eth0
initialisation failed (KO) :(((

I've got to recompile the kernel and modules in order to make them work
!

Can anyone help me. Seriously.

post the message, my boss will not be happy ;-) )

Help will be appreciate.
