Hello!

Redhat 9.0 successfully detects my Epson Perfection 1660 USB scanner,
however it sees it as a GT-8500... Does anyone know how I can get the
application to see the scanner as the correct model?

Does it not work?

It thinks my Perfection 1650 is a GT-8200, but it still seems to work
just fine.

The first time I used xsane it gave me the option to use either the
GT-8500 or the Epson 1660
