Does anybody knows if Linux implements a driver for
Sun Quad FastEthernet PCI Adapter ?

Yes.  The the Sun "Happy Meal" 10/100 driver supports the QFE cards
(both SBus and PCI).  It's in the standard kernel and has been for ages.
  You may have to compile a custom kernel to enable that driver...I
don't know how common it is for distro kernels to supply that particular
module pre-built.  You can try 'modprobe sunhme' (as root) to see if it
is already built.

I found my response myself:

Sun Happy Meal 10/100baseT support (HAPPYMEAL)

This driver supports the "hme" interface present on most Ultra
systems and as an option on older Sbus systems. This driver supports
both PCI and Sbus devices. This driver also supports the "qfe" quad
100baseT device available in both PCI and Sbus configurations.

To compile this driver as a module, choose M here: the module
will be called sunhme.
