Has anyone been able to get any version of linux to recognize the NCR
53C710 SCSI in the Compaq proliant 1000?

The linux driver only supports the PCI implementation. The Compaq 'C710
is on the EISA bus.

Has anyone Linux working with NCR 53C710 chip, EISA bus?
e.g. Compaq Prosignia or Proliant.
I cannot get it to recognise the chip.
