Does anyone know how to change the default mouse scroll wheel step size and
behavior in GTK apps. By default it scrolls about a page at a time. If
you hold down the shift key then it scrolls one line at a time. I would
like the default to be (no modifier key) to scroll one line at a time.

I am really searching for a solution to this same problem...I hope
