Hello.
I have to linux on a Proliant 1500.
Could you tell me if someone succeed to install linux with
the integrated raid5 Compaq Drive Array controler?

I doubt it... Compaq has just started to support Linux. Another option
is to buy a system from VaResearch for example... www.varesearch.com

4. after uptime 8 day /dev/md0 - go "read-only"
   (tune2fs enable on /dv/md0 "Errors behavior:Remount read-only")
   and e2fsck found many error (empty lost+found)

Question: why such can occur and what to make to avoid repetition?
