problems with pcmcia-modules-3.0.5

I just built the Card Services 3.0.5 package for my TI TravelMate 6030
which has a TI 1130 CardBus Controller and is running linux kernel
2.0.35. Upon bootup, cardmgr seems to detect my controller:

however I don't hear any beeps when inserting/removing cards. Lsmod
shows the following:

> i82365             5            2
> pcmcia_core        9    [ds i82365]    0

I've tried building both with and without CardBus support. I've had no
problems with pre-3.0 versions of Card Services. Is there anyone else
having similar problems and can help?

Thanks,
Kai

1. problems getting PCMCIA-modules-3.0.5 to work with TI Travelmate

I have just built the Card Services 3.0.5 package for my TI TravelMate
6030, which has a 1130 CardBus Controller and is running Linux kernel
2.0.35. Upon bootup, cardmgr seems to find my controller (see log below)
however, it does not recognize any cards I put in the slots. I don't
hear any beeps and running cardctl says both sockets are empty. I was
able to run pre-3.0 versions of Card Services without any problems. Is
anyone else experiencing similar problems and can help?

Thanks,
