1. !!!HELP!!! - Filesystem trashed, need HELP PLEASE!

I shut my solaris x86 box down a few minutes ago and restarted it.  On
boot, fsck gave me an unexpected inconsistency error and dropped me into
maitenance mode.  When I ran fsck, it reports and inconsistance in
/usr/openwin/lib and asks me if I want to salvage.  I say (y)es, and
then fsck tells me that it cannot fix the problem.  fsck finishes its
thing and drops me back to the prompt.  When I go look at
/usr/openwin/lib, its empty, and has no ".." directory entry.  I've run
fsck and rebooted at least ten times in the last twenty minutes, same
problem.  
        If anyone can help me, please, help me.  I need to get this machine
back up.  I can't blow the drive away because there's important stuff
that hasn't been backed up, and I can't mount anything RW in maintenance
mode to back it up.  I can't even run man because the damn thing won't
let me mount any swap space RW.
